The access to the pedestrian area is only permitted from Via Borgo and is regulated by a bollard (08:00am – 09:00pm).

On the display, select Vista Lakefront Boutique Hotel so that communication with the reception can be established and the bollard will lower it for you.

Stopping in front of the hotel is only allowed for the time necessary to load or unload luggage.

The room is guaranteed for check-in from 3pm.
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11am.

An ATM with 24-hour service is present at the landing stage and at the Angioli car park at the end of the lakefront. In the centre there are 4 banks which can be reached in approx. 5minute walk, also with ATM service 24-h.
The post office with Postomat is also nearby.

The beverages in the room are our “Welcome” for our guests. For refuelling (for a fee) contact the reception.

You can rent electric and conventional bicycles at Bike & Cicli Chiandussi in Ascona (in front of the UBS Bank) or on website www.velospot.info choosing Locarno or Bellinzona region or through the App Velo Spot 2.0.

Never use the elevator in case of fire. The escape plan hangs behind your room door. Leave the hotel via stairs.

Deliver the laundry bag with the completed form to the reception by 12:00 am. Return the next day until 12:00 am. Complaints must be made within 48 hours of returning the linen.

Near the pedestrian area (approx.5 mins. on foot) there are the following paid car parks:

Angioli parking: lake shore (access from Via Circonvallazione).
Autosilo comunale: near the Coop supermarket.
Autosilo Lago/Muraccio: at the Migros supermarket.

A limited number of parking cards for the Lago/Muraccio car park are available at reception. Flat rate CHF 15.00 per night.

Pets are welcome in Vista 11, Vista 27 and Vista 33 with prior notice and an additional cost. If your pet dirties or damages something, please let us know immediately. Your liability insurance will cover the damage.

In Via Borgo (approx. 5 minutes on foot) there are 2 pharmacies. For the name of the pharmacy on duty, contact the reception.

In our restaurants "al Pontile" and "al Piazza" in Ascona and “The Mira View” at the Gerre Golf Club in Losone you will find a wide selection of regional and Mediterranean specialities.

You benefit from a 10% discount on à la carte meals.

The reception is located at the entry of our Ristorante “al Piazza” and is open from 8am till 9pm. In summer till 10pm.
During the low season, the times may vary.

Catholic: SS Pietro e Paolo / S. Maria della Misericordia (Collegio Papio) Reformed evangelical: church near the Ascona cemetery.

The digital safe can be used by setting a 4-digit code of your choice.
For the mechanical ones, ask the front office for a key.
The management declines all responsibility for its use.

Smoking is prohibited in all closed common areas and in the rooms.
Smoking is permitted on the terraces and balconies.

To travel for free throughout the Canton of Ticino on public transport (buses and trains) and discounts on many activities. Available at reception.

General toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, razor blade and foam, feminine hygiene products etc. are available at reception.
