Everything for your spring salad à la Vista

Today we’re sharing something that you’ll absolutely love – the recipe for the Vista spring salad, which you can easily make at home.
First, wash and peel 500 grams of green asparagus, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Next, grill the asparagus in a pan for about five minutes. In the meantime, mix a teaspoon of honey, the juice and zest of an organic lemon, two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and a chopped garlic clove, as well as two tablespoons of olive oil. Season to taste with fleur de sel and fresh pepper. Remove the grilled asparagus from the heat and pour the vinaigrette over it. Finish with a scattering of toasted pine nuts and shaved Parmesan.
